Sclerotherapy of Venous Malformation

PERCUTANEOUS SCLEROTHERAPY FOR VENOUS MALFORMATION
A 39yr old gentleman presented with Pain and swelling along the posterior aspect of right elbow. USG and CT revealed right elbow venous malformation.

Phlebogram showed multiloculated, sequestered venous malformations in the right triceps muscle proximal to the elbow joint without significant systemic venous drainage.5 ml sclerosant foam was injected in divided doses under fluoroscopic guidance.
